Delphi Suspect Charged With 2 Counts of Murder

Richard Allen has been charged with two counts of murder in the 2017 killings of Libby German and Abby Williams, two teen girls found slain outside of Delphi, Indiana, police said. Authorities said that the 50-year-old man is being held without bond for the double-murder. Allen lives two miles from where the girls were discovered. He worked at a local CVS drug store and processed the photos that German’s family had picked out for her funeral.

  1. I wish people would stop calling that woman a teenage girl 🤷‍♂️ she’s a grown woman she made her own choice to go on the bridge her father didn’t force her and it was the mother who uploaded the photo

  2. Allen is probably not the killer the guy who's property they were found on I think is but I think Allen had a roll in the case I think the two men raped the girls and killed them just because this may be Allen on the bridge supposed saying down the hill that doesn't proof he is the killer it doesn't show him killing anyone 🤔….
