  1. You can coach where to be, how to read the other side of the ball to be in the right position. You can’t coach elite speed. They have it, or close to it, or they don’t. He knows what he can control (coaching), and what he can’t (speed). Get speed, then coach it up.

  2. Tar’varish Dawson & Omarion Cooper were teammates at Lehigh. Their coach at Lehigh was James Chaney. James Chaney & Coach Prime were teammates in high school & at FSU. James Chaney is the current Director of Player Development at CU.

  3. SPEED INDEED KILLS! Just go back and look at the Florida powerhouse teams of the 90’s…FSU, Florida and Miami built their teams around speed and recruited S FL HARD!!! Imagine all the practices going back to PeeWee league in the S FL heat and humidity. Those kids are supremely conditioned. They can go hard longer than kids from other parts of the country. FACTS!

  4. There's no walk-on better than any player on this Colorado team even though you try to make Charlie look like he's Brian piccolo if he's Brian piccolo then every one of those African-American players i is Gale Sayers so stop with the undertone talkin about black players getting NIL deals I don't hear you saying anything about those white coaches being billionaire's off of the Black talent that make them

  6. I feel that there should be a cap on NIL . We all understand that all kids want get it, and this is when the University should step in and offer collectives.I feel that this will lend some ballance for the student athlete and it should have a cap on it also.Portal transfers should be limited to once in a collage athletes career with an exception for grad students with eligible playing time

  8. Coach Prime has the cheat code, his staff is full of seasoned personnel looking for talent all across the country. Its almost unfair. Lol

One statement, from Coach Prime to his coaches that stood out to me in a video, "I don't care about Stars, find and sign the players you want!" and then the Purge commenced.

  9. I'm so glad that you guys are covering this process. Your take on this episode is on point. No one else has grasped the approach of coach prime until now. Irregardless of if it is right or not but yes CP is 100% taking a baseball approach to football. He is managing the team as if it was an MLB team looking for players with specific nitches that will execute his plan. He has even told a young kid that played baseball in one of well off's videos that baseball is a great sport to get in because you can have a professional career from doing one or two things really well. This is exactly what he is recruiting.

  10. Coach Prime is utilizing a Coach Belicheck perspective. Get guys who believe in the process. Get guys who are dogs in one perspective or another. He's getting guys who really want to make it to another level. Belicheck won how many Superbowls with dogs not superstars. Coach Prime going to make huge strides really quickly with this philosophy. This is the perfect angle when you're coaching in a cold climate. If he were coaching a big time program in a warm climate he'd have the best of the best and his philosophy would be different. He's selling guys on the big picture versus hope among hundreds playing at your FSU, FU, Alabama, Miami, Texas, Texas A&M etc. A smart guy will say I'm playing for Prime and put in the work because all eyes on me not this guy, that guy, and that other guy.
