  1. Motion is lotion. I absolutely believe that anybody that walks at least 10,000 steps a day will live a longer life and someone that’s not. And quite frankly I’m surprised Chris dismissed the 10,000 steps a day idea.

  3. One's individual perspective theory of philosophical ethical morals are baseless meaningless and empty without quietly and peacefully bringing imbalanced human circumstances and situations back into principled order through programs including proactive projects relating towards the goals of collective resounding principled and responsible peace where everyone will benefit. Human suffering is caused by contemptuous immature broken self-centered people in very high resourceful stations within life, living and lifestyle without strategic vision or reconciliation to constructively reverse current troubled global circumstances and situations through forgiveness with visionary global peace involving everyone beyond culture race educational status and even one religious foundations If PEOPLE are capable of creating war the very same PEOPLE must be encouraged to establish globle world peace in our own generation

  4. Wow!! Dr. Deepak Chopra's conversation with you, Chris, was wonderful and very insightful. Really made me think about where I am in stage of life. Dr. Chopra's views on life is simple but crucial in our well being. Loved it when he discussed about the importance of hip hop.πŸ˜„ Thank you, Chris, for having him on the podcast. πŸ‘πŸ‘ Please bring Dr. Chopra back again.

  5. As a generalisation he speaks truth however I believe there's more good than bad. Perhaps the good just haven't built the "muscle" the bad have built. Life is a dream (nightmare at times) but one needs to make the time to think and express all the good qualities.

  6. Humanity needs an updated language regarding Tradition and Family Values that 90+% of the current
population can agree on. In Populist moments, people need the social contract to match current concerns.

Another great discussion, Chris, thank you. Gets me thinking.

Elevating Hip Hop poetry sounds good — connecting the Classes, if only on the left.
Also good: connecting left and right. It starts by respecting the things that matter most
to those that don't agree with you. Communicate, and get to the simple things; and then
to those that are most important. Often that can look like dignity, in various forms, on one
side, and security (economic, and physical especially) on the other. And peace, in the end,
    for all.

  7. This is the most honest interview I have seen with Chopra. Frankly, I was surprised when he denounced the human species to oblivion, not because I don't agree, but because he often speaks with a kind of metaphysical optimism. I agree that the human race is insane; that we are tribal to the point of extinction, and that we do not have much in the way of survival. I think he ends on a note similar to that of King Solomon: "Eat, drink, and be merry, for tomorrow we may die." The only bright spot in all of this, is that if we blow up ourselves tomorrow in a nuclear holocaust, Mother Earth will still be here, and evolution might have a chance to begin again.

  8. How’s Chris’s Long Covid going? I have friends who haven’t recovered at all. Now diagnosed with ME/CFS a terrible disease.
I know many fully recovered too, i hope Chris did?
