Making a statement of fact (not a question or request) and then getting upset for not mind reading that it was really a request drives me crazy! I’ve been calling this a “codependent ask” since it puts the cognitive load on the people pleasers.

They also hint that they have some sort of 'special' information/intelligence that others are too dumb and could never comprehend, haven't earned as they have and do not owe any explanation to mere mortals.
I used to be a narcissist and was lucky enough to meet 3 professional people who helped me out of it. The first realisation i had was in discovering that not everybody thought like me. I was absolutely convinced that everybody had the same opinion as me and i had the same opinion as everybody else. Does this make sense to you at all Little Shaman. By the way i've really grown to like you a lot, for a few different reasons. Thanks for the video's. They're actually helping me deal with a narcissistic neighbour and even though i'm an ex narcissist you actually forget how you used to think. What a weird but fascinating life i'm having. If anybody wants to ask me questions please feel free to do so. It'll probably help me too.
I wanted to say Thank U to the Little Shaman & also share to her followers that I have successful made it thru a bad relationship, healed, and have developed leaps & bounds in my personal growth since 2014 all bc of this woman. It wouldn't have been possible in the way that it has without the informative and supportive videos of priceless information that I used to further myself and make it thru as successfully as I have. Let me clarify a little more. I returned from the depths that ppl Don't return from. They end themselves. And not only have i risen up from it. I have sored to the top in the place of where I'm at mentally. She saved my life. Literally!

tried so many times to say this the right way but how do u explain absurdity
as good people we try not to do these things – so we are trying to be clear, not judge or be paranoid/assign motives about what they are doing, but they r doing these things and also usually saying they're not … attempts at clarity met w anger.. gosh why do we end up jumpy, crazy and confused..it IS happening they don't care just shut up .. but feels like paranoia

If I had a neutral face, If I was scared (of him), if it had worry in my face (for him or our kids) I thought I was going crazy. I bought a book on body language filmed myself trying to recreate all of the supposed menacing faces I was making at him causing him to flip out. Disorienting. I nearly lost my mind in that relationship…

WOW WOW!! I've been self educating on narcissistic personality disorder for 10 years. This portrayed communication with the covert narc I was with so much, I got goosebumps. Whew. Imagine narcissists butting heads.
Narcissists are not the only people who exhibit passive communication.
Is their a link between narcissism and transgenderism? People that identify as the opposite sex and non binary believe they are entitled to enter woman spaces, compete in woman sports, and even claim woman only scholarships. They also demand people respect their pronouns and expect everyone else to play into their delusions. I have seen videos of Woke teachers on Tik Tok that are more concerned about what their students are going to call them then actually teaching their students. These people especially the activists are demanding special rights and privileges. I know that this isn't a political channel, but just wanted your opinion.
