I tested your New World guides. This video, I’m testing the video “INSANE furnishing XP recipe, hands down CHEAPEST way from 100 to 200 furnishing in New World” by Video Game DataBank. This video claims that this recipe is the best way to level your New World furnishing XP. Question is, is does it work?
Slight error in the video regarding the beeswax on the TP. I mentioned that there was only 3 pages of beeswax, but that was the buy orders. the sell orders are actually much more. With the current cost on my server its IMPOSSIBLE to buy the beeswax from anything other than a buy order due to the 500 page limit on the servers, you literally can’t locate the beeswax to buy. It doesnt change the conclusion, but does reinforce the idea that this needs to be farmed rather than bought

I saw this guide yesterday and I already have a couple friends that have started the hype collecting beeswax…. good luck to them… I'll have to show them this video thank you Bro
😳 in one hour I got 341 beeswax, gunpowder was still 0.01 on the market so I snatched a few stacks. Ran with my standard luck gear, so no farm gear of any sort. Tho, my server is empty. Got from 122 to 147 in furnituring today, no idea how many hours in total but it's not that's hard to get the beeswax
Thank you for making this video. I was about to rush and try to make these, but there weren't any recipes on my server so I didn't look any further. My main takeaways are 1) ALWAYS double check the math and real world feasibility on your server and 2) Where appropriate, sell whatever ingredients are needed for whatever big youtubers are pushing at that moment to capitalize on manufactured demand
It was really good when he first published it then people made it bad in less than a hour and im one of them sadly. To be fair im only level 57 and i need coins very badly still i admit it was a dirty tactic. Anyway i attacked AH in less than ten minutes after he published the video and there were 6 schematics, 3 for 250 coins and 3 for 600, 800 and 1000. Somebody else bought one 250 while i bought all others. Beeswax was 0.20 coin and i bought around 1000 of them for less than 400 coins. I wanted to buy more but because beeswax can't be listed buying it a lot of pain really. So i leveled my furniture from 102 to 130 with literally 650 coins which is way cheaper than any other way while i sold other 4 schematics for 2500 coins and actually earned 6700 coins from this. I still have buy orders for beeswax but price went up to 1.5 coin while also tried to farm beeswax but i got 200 honey and 63 beeswax in 20 minutes which is ridiculously low and not really farmable. So it became not a good of way of leveling because of people like me not the youtuber…
No Powder Horn Schematics or Beeswax for sale on El Dorado, the busiest server in the game. So hands down not happening here.
There's a huge difference between your income/coin and someone who actually understands the economy and can do this. 2:30 you're using data from buy orders as if they're sell orders. you need to invest more into this game before you make this video
Hi – sincerely appreciate your common sense approach as I am finding it very easy to be blinded by the crafting claims. You mentioned a total amount of xp required to reach 200 cap. Is there a wiki page or something listing the xp required per level so I can work out a guess on how many items I need to make (not necessarily furniture). Thankyou!
After ten hours of farming honey I've gone from 110 to 149 furnishing using the powder horn AND I made 5k in other materials during the farm. I can't think of any other recipe that you can farm like this and make money while leveling furnishing and so quickly. I think it all comes down to being able to efficiently farm beeswax. If you can't do that this would be an awful way to level furnishing but if you can find a good spot where you can farm beeswax quickly then the horn is the way to go. This is just my experience but levelling with the powder horn has been an absolute breeze for me! I wanted to add that I'm getting give or take 200 beeswax per hour uncontested. I'm not confident in any way that this video debunks the powder horn route but I do think it was a good comparison between the two options. As someone who has recently gone down the beeswax farm I do feel like the grind has become much easier AND I make money doing it 🙂
Ha ha I saw his video also and thought really? After farming 20 trees I knew it was bs.
