  1. I don't recall now who I was talking to, but they were shocked when I told them how much a gallon of water weighed.
There's a reason people clean the snow off of roofs in certain parts of the country. I seem to recall that's the reasoning behind A framed houses.

  2. Person who uses the metric system here… what the hell were all those numbers😂 I have no idea what he said.

Also I assume those who use freedom will be like “WTF is a kilometre!!!!!!” (Majestic bold eagle screeching in the background)

  3. it will be easier to get SI. the metric system. SI a liter is a volume of 10cm^3 a metric ton is 1000 liters, or a cubic meter is 1m^3 so 32 fit *16 fit = 9.75m*4.87m=47.5 if it is filled up to the miter if is deeper let's say 1m 25 cm so 1.25m so 47.5×1.25 = 59.3 cubic meters 59.3m^3 so ALMOST EQUAL 59.3 ≈ 60 tons.

  4. Youd think itd be ok though seeing as Those roofs have to be able to withstand large amounts of snow on them in the winter.. which often turn to ice. Youd think a foot of snow on top of that roof would far outweigh that swimming pool. But i also dont know sh*t about engineering

  5. Yup! Km a cannabis cultivator & at an old facility we used 40gal rolling trash cans as mobile nutrient containers, they each full weighed 320 pounds. Shits definitely not light! Newbies always push from behind rather than pull & have fun cleaning water off the floor for a good part of the day

  6. Dude you’re being over dramatic, drown in the living room?! They’ll most likely be wash out the window and fall to their death, then their dead body robbed by homeless people, before they’re charged by NYPD for littering for letting their furniture and dead body fly out a window without a permit, then the city will tax all the residents to pay for the cleanup, before suing the landlord over letting this happen, then tear down the building adding to the dead body robbing homeless population, before building a far too expensive new development on the land, that doesn’t have the structural support for a rooftop pool, repeating the cycle, while calling everyone a racist or some kind of phobe!

  7. Yeah, as a gardener who consistently carries water for my plants and for my house, I’ve learned to appreciate how heavy water is, and I can’t even imagine a pool on my roof..Lol 😂

  8. if anyone needs example of building crushing itself down, search Sampoong department store collapse. Not only the building was poorly built, the company thought it would be great to have air conditioner and its coolant liquid that weighs 87 ton.

Out of approx. 550 ish people that were trapped under the rubble, 40 people were rescued, 6 of the bodies were never recovered.
