On the 5th of September 2003, disaster struck at Disneyland on the Big Thunder Mountain Roller Coaster in a disaster which sadly resulted in the death of 22 year old Marcelo Torres in one of the Parks most infamous and shocking cases. Almost overnight, sadness turned into anger after investigators released shocking information proving the incident should not only have never happened but could have been prevented entirely. What happened that day would forever leave a stain on Disney lands reputation and change safety regulations entirely. This is Death at Disneyland, the Infamous death of Marcelo Torres.
