i honestly feel like making it two parts was not a good idea AT ALL because that forced the directors to make some sort of "cliffhanger" on the final episode of part 1. that literally FORCED them to RUSH it all.
like come onnn… colin randomly being like "penelope will you marry me or not?" like i get it they just had a ✨moment ✨ in the carriage before going to the Bridgerton house but why WHY say propose so out of the blue?!
i feel like the directors did that just to make it a cliffhanger BUT it doesn't fit so well.
a confession to marry should be thought-through but yeah, that's just my opinion i ranted on a lot i know
i honestly am quite disappointed with this season because although this is the long-waiting POLIN moment, there was WAY TOO MANY side characters developing their own romance.

Shondaland and whoever else directed this should've paid a little more attention to Colin and Penelope, otherwise it makes it chaotic and harder to follow

Honestly I feel like I was over excited so while I loved the episodes I feel like the "feels" I should have gotten, I didn't get them well 😅😅 I will definitely rewatch before part 2 tho 😅😅 the ending of episode 4 was insane 🔥😂😂😂 I haven't read the books tho but I wonder if it's just me or if Polin moved rather quickly in those 4 episodes 👀 part 2 looks like it will be HEATED tho 🔥😂
Why would you ruin the story of Collin and Penelope by adding all of these unnecessary filler side stories??! Whyyy? Who cares about the mondriches, and the other couples romance? We barely got to see Penelope and Collin, very disappointing 👎🏻
