  10. I have huge nostalgia for the first Dead Rising. It, along with Saints Row 1. Back before I even had an Xbox 360, I used to sit on Youtube for entirely too long, watching people play the demos of both games. Like, I watched those videos SO much, that by the time I finally played either game, YEARS later, I still knew my way around the starting areas. I knew where the AK47 was in Saints Row (in the basketball court that's close by, but outside the demo boundaries), and where the Katana was on the awning in Dead Rising.

    But….I think I've always played Dead Rising wrong for me. Maybe not wrong for everyone, but for me personally. Watching this video, seeing how much fun they're having mostly just dicking around, ignoring MOST of the survivors, not really concerned if a survivor dies, and kinda just vaguely following the story along to the end. When I've always tried to play the Dead Rising games, well, mainly the ones with actual escorting involved, I focus entirely too much on trying to save every single person, and I absolutely hate it. I do not, at all, enjoy the survivor escorting. It instantly ruins any fun I have with the game. And I don't think I SHOULD be playing that way, but the way the games always shove it in your face like it's this huge important mandatory part of the game, I always end up trying anyway, then immediately losing interest in playing.

    Maybe I'll give the games another shot and just kinda ignore the survivors. Maybe do one every now and then if I happen to be on my way back to the saferoom anyway, but otherwise just…not worry about it. Do the mandatory things like getting Zombrex, or the actual story missions, and ignore the survivors completely. Just dick around and do the mandatory things to progress the story, and actually try to have fun with it for a change.

    Side note, I'd LOVE to see a playthrough of Off the Record, just to get a Dead Rising 2 series, with the Frank jokes and their reactions to some of the uh, changes.

  19. Please play these two games they are really really good.

    -No one lives under the lighthouse

    This game is a horror game but a good one let me explain. It has this old game art style and a really unique feature that makes it so interesting & refreshing and when it comes to horror it uses things that are scary but aren't usually use in horror games nowadays.
    As for the story all I'm gonna say is that the main character gets a job at this lighthouse and their duty is to take care of the lighthouse.. That it, I ain't saying more because this game is really good and you shouldn't be spoiled on it.

    This is the other game I wanted you guys to play. This game is the perfect comedy horror game. I know that sounds odd but when you play this game you will truly understand why I said it's the perfect comedy horror game.
    As for the the story you go to a hotel to find your room that on the tallest level of the hotel.. I ain't saying anymore than that because I don't want to spoil you on this game too. It's really really good.
