  1. Minnesota Rancher. When I was a kid and an aspiring trapper, our farm was riddled with skunks. I didn't have very many traps, but I did purchase a book, Deadfalls and Snares by A. R. Harding. One summer I built a bunch of deadfalls. Ended up catching two mink and a pile of skunks. Not one of the skunks sprayed. Now as an adult, I can't be bothered with building deadfalls, and nearly every skunk I catch or kill sprays. Great video. You are doing a great service to those young people. Keep it up.

  2. Question why don’t you use support wire with the snare set up? & for the marten part my weasel population is way up & Marten are down we did have a extremely long winter last year lost a lot of deer & other critters because the cold & deep snow it lasted to long

  3. I had a Fisher stick its head in a 110 magnum trap and of course it broke the wire off. It didn't go far however. I figured it would go somewhere to hole up. There was a bank den close by. I looked in there with a flashlight and there was my Fisher. Hooked him out with a piece of wire.
Your snow is getting deep too I see. Keeps us in shape, lol. Take care Brother. I enjoy your show!
