Just like a cup of tea, cocoa can be a suitable medicament for many an ailment. Although a quick YouTube search for Jebs Jobs Technical Support will aptly describe the combination of drink and PC.
If you go with Caster arti remember that even tho you're building for spellpower and such, the best spell you can cast in lower heroics is –[REPEATING CROSSBOW]-!
Master of Death is working as intended for both burst and aura. The problem is the scaling of the aura. The spell does 2d4 damage plus 1 per 2 caster levels every 3 seconds. What it doesn't specify properly is that all you get from 10 more casterlevels is a measly 5 points of negative damage (the +1 per every 2 casterlevels). The reason I still recommend master of death is because it works well for the burst. I know its difficult to pick it over other feats tho and I can see why one wouldn't pick it.
To try and make it more relatable it's basically the same reason Cleric players and alchemists aren't that much better healers if they uncap their cure spells. If you perhaps had that experience before you know what I'm saying, if not its really not worth it.
