I just wanted to say as someone who has had many eating disorders. It sucks having no energy and feeling drained. I want you to feel powerful and strong. Not weak and tired. You forgot how freeing it is to have that energy to take on the world and have your body do all the amazing things. Like my goal was to have the strength to do a pull up and that changed everything.

I’m always leery about taking my dog to a dog park. I make sure my dog gets all her vaccinations but you can’t be sure that other dog owners do the same.

Such a shame personally I don’t think anyone should own pugs because they have such horrible breathing problems and over feeding just makes the problems that much worse.
