LOL. my starting 4 are: Ken (scavenging, hunting, crafting), Rakha (crafting and construction), Emelin (cooking, farming), Krista (lol, ya, she's slow af but her ability to research quickly is second to none. I use her as farmer after researching everything)
When you construct your living quarters make the interior walls out of sticks or scrap metal they transfer heat and cold better than those vents
I'm starting to watch this episode, but based on the last one, I don't want to forget to say something I thought: I watched another gameplay of this, where about 84 bugs attacked the base, and more creepy was 50% had wings, so they flyover and attacked the roofs. I think maybe can be a good idea to build some kind of panic room, a little but strong room, with stone walls and roofs, when the crew can be safe in case the bugs can survive the defences. Just that.
Btw: good choice with Laara
If you run them back to camp before you undraft them, it doesn't take as long. They don't bleed or injure as easily either.
I am partial to stone foundations and brick…the brick is cool.
You can get them to treat themselves. Just click on the toon and select heal self
This game always makes you want to try and do better next time. Helps to have different map each time too.
Could you use a thin building as a wall around base? It has to be stronger than the wood fence

If you don't want you sprites to vomit as much as last run, don't cook or eat the insect meat, use it for fat/oil production.
Why is your farm so far from your base
Don't know if anyone else has had it but I've got 6 survivors in my camp, I wonder if that's the max or if I get more
