I remember Matt asking me what I thought when we visited Harter Music for the first time in 2016. I was like, “I’m assuming that’s a rhetorical question”, and I’ve been recording there ever since.

I love working on singles, it really helps us focus on the perfect approach and soundscape to help facilitate the energy from beginning to end. “10K Thoughts” has been so unique and took us in a totally different direction from the first day we started recording the guitar tracks.

Not only did Jon engineer an amazing mix, but he also played drums! My good friend, Brandi did a fantastic job, as always, on the backing vocals! And for the very first time, Trisha played bass and finally recorded in my favorite studio of all time! Even though we’re beyond excited to share this song with the entire world, I can’t tell you how much I am looking forward to getting back in the studio later this month! I know, we just finished this song, but starting a brand-new project is always the best feeling ever!
