  1. Not an easy job that auger replacement, well done! Thought you were going to run out of height on the chain block getting the new one in. You could use the old one as a pattern and get one made with hardened flights and thicker core. As dont expect the new one will last any longer than the old one unless it is an upgrade.

  2. Great video augers used to be one of my favourite jobs have you tried Abex in Wigan they most probably supply bearing eng with there part the have a few sales people who go out on site and delivery vans and a 24hr call out I use to deal with Wyan Edwards he was very helpful and could get hold of absolutely any thing plus it’s always good to have a few to bounce between and get a better price πŸ‘πŸ‘

  3. Isn't it great how farmers always find a way to get something done!

Wonder what the company that installed boiler system would charge to replace that auger on a Saturday!?πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

  4. Great video and yous are cool when things breakdown as in most farms there's a selection of bad words spoken. Good bit of a refit job there and back going. The bearings would need a grease nipple on or maybe I didn't spot them. Thanks for sharing events from your days fun πŸ˜ƒ

  5. What I like about this channel, every day another interesting job being done: real life, as it comes, no unnecessary drama β€” an every day story of tractor folk.

  6. Hi Olly, great to home from hospital, up to 70% now and getting better. Just playing catch up on your vids. I bet the tunnel king "Furzey" could sort out that header for you. When you need a 20t trailer to clean up afterwards means it must have been one hell of a party .
