Unfortunately, coconut trees are more likely to spit out more eggs than wood during Bunny Day. So it’s best to avoid those during the eggpocalypse season.
It's always so disheartening to see people say "Oh, bunny day can't be that bad, right?" and then find out that it is indeed that bad.
If you eat fruit after you've hit the rocks and smash the rock, you are guaranteed one rock!

Ugh I still need a Garden Wagon DIY so badly on my launch day game, I'm a bit jealous you got it on your 30 DIY island challenge lol. Pashmina isn't too bad, I'd have more hope of Kabuki going up in the ranks over her though.

The only other great use for eggs is eating them to move trees and breaking the stones

I'm pretty sure, rocks on Nook Miles islands do spawn less stone than those on your own island no matter the season. So getting stone is hard even when it is not bunny day.
