I remember playing OoE Lvl.1 NG Hard Mode for the first time and discovering how incredibly useful Topor was, when I had never used it in my Normal Mode playthrough. It completely blew my mind.
Actually, kicking Yorick can stun Dario, which is something you could easily get in vanilla Dawn without glitches. Depending on Soma's level, you may need to pop on the Elfin Robe, but it absolutely can stun him.
I think the 26 level ups are a reference to the amount of level ups that you gain in Circle when you beat phase 1 Dracula at level 1 (generally done via Big Bone).

For the creator of this patch:
I would suggest increase COTM Skeleton's size up to the other skeletons.
And make the smaller bone throws damages the enemies, not just the giant bone.
