Some of these people make way more money than me, and tip way less than I do. That's crappy.
Maybe in the past people were not willing cancel cable but with streaming times have changed I only have cable because it’s included in my rent
If you get terrible service, the staff knows it.
If you leave 10% on bad service they feel lucky.
That said, 25% is the starting point for average service.
I haven't worked in service for a long time but 20% is the baseline.

I'm not crying for Spectrum… because I've had bills by them at or above $200 monthly… and when I cut cable… taking that bill off was a Godsend.
JFC. Would one of these folks go look at cable prices?? "Oh look the price is right up there with cable!" Really? In what universe? My basic cable, plus ESPN, TNT and Fox Sports One was $215 dollars a month. Hmmm. I can get Disney+, Netflix, and Apple, for about $60 a month. Gee, no A&E or History Channel….oh well, too bad. Combined with regular TV, I'm at my peak already.

I tried to call Spetrum with an unrelated issues with my service yesterday. As I was waiting on hold a automated voice came on and said that because of high call volume due to this issue with Disney they couldn't take my call and promtley hung up on me…

What David said at the 10:00 – 10:25 is a reason why I keep cable, like if I cut the chord and get the services and channels I like: Max, Netflix, Hulu, YoutubeTV, Parmount+, Peacock, etc. I basically would be paying the same for cable. It seems these companies like Paramount, WBDiscovery, Disney are all confused on how to make money in the streaming age.
Apple is going to buy Disney next year. Eventually Apple will sell ESPN

Samson's parents getting divorced was the best thing to ever happen to him otherwise his mom would not have been able to marry his former step father who made him an owner in 2 mlb teams which still makes him VERY RICH to this day even after his divorce so he should open a dog rescue and call it divorces rescue

I canceled Spectrum as soon as I couldn’t tune in to College Gameday. YouTube.TV has been awesome and cheaper.

I have close to 60 channels but only do watch three maybe four channels why should I have to pay for all of those channels that I don't watch this stupid channels
