I’m a journey fan from their first days so I believe I’m qualified to comment on this. Vocally it was a perfect cover. Just perfection. My only complaint is the bass was a little much in my headphones. lol.
Lizzy and Chris, Killed this song 🤘🤘 as a fan of Journey growing up in the 70s and 80s. When i 1st heard their studio version of this, i said to the guy at work, who is covering that? It absoutely blew my mind, hearing them sing it live, Holy crap. Awesome job 🤘🤘
Lzzy Hale is so fricken awesome. To still be able to pull off that voice after all these years is so impressive, I trust she will continue to do so for as long as she can.
