I wouldn’t eat anything that came off that cutting board. The black on the cutting board is fish in the groves front the knife. The black is rotten fish and highly poisonous. Easy to clean straight bleach and little scrub a little and let sit for 10minutes so the bleach works it’s way into all the knife groves. Then washing with water hose scrub again. If not clean then repeat and you will be happy and safe to cut on the board without getting sick.
