  1. Appreciate the review! We are surprised by how much feedback you managed to fit into just 3 minutes. We've addressed the issues you pointed out in the review version for the 1.0 release. Performance has seen a significant boost, and unresponsiveness has been notably improved, although there's still ongoing work in that area. The autonomous AI aspect proves to be a bit trickier and demands more time investment in refining the rules, but we're fully committed to overcoming this challenge.

  2. Did you have problems with UI responsiveness and controls?
Others have mentioned problems with the game just not registering character selections or skill activations sometimes.

  3. I really recommend against having a dedicated channel for 3 Minute Reviews. I really like them but you will be closing off your main audience for them in a new channel. These function is great little snippets to find when you go over to your subscriptions feed. But I and many other do not want to have to navigate between separate channels for escapist content. Dont forget what happened to your previous attempts at specialised channels.

  4. 0:47 Is their dad a squid? Did he rupture his ink sac? One of the weirdest animation and sound effect combos I have seen in a while… especially because right before that I was thinking "this is a pretty good looking game for its size"

  5. I only played the demo and thought it was a decent prototype. Cut down the length, focus on a shorter, higher quality experience and you could have a very enjoyable game.

  6. I really loved Tower of Time, one of my favorite games of that year. Spent hours and hours playing it. I havent picked up Dark Envoy yet, but I will. Probably after the patches to make sure I play the very best version of the game possible. Shame the tech issues and repetitiveness killed your enoyment. Hopefully the team can fix the issues. I really like their style of game.

  7. (I am a total casual gamer here) I got this game just to try it out I did not watch any reviews prior to playing this game, I am a big fan of the Unit tactical type genres, I've played through all of the XCOM games + DLC's as well as the Dragon Age series I am currently not too far into the game, but overall I find many aspects of the game challenging and different, many abilities are unique, it is simple enough that I don't need a degree to understand it, yet charming in playstyle and I find the tactical slow down to be rather cool tbh. Overall, I am going to rate it at a 7/10 at base so far, I think the combat is tricky at times and I genuinely think not enough games take a chance and do something different, atleast in this genre and Dark Envoy combat I find super smooth as of right now, the classes seem fun. I am not a Dev or a bot or somethin, just a casual makin a comment, but the dev's got my vote on this one so far (When I finish the game, if I think otherwise I will edit comment )

  8. I played a bit of the demo today, it seems an OK game, I added it to my wishlist and will probably buy it in a year or two. I checked the update history on Steam, and they had some pretty big patches, meaning they are actively trying to make the game better, so I'm sure by the time I get it it's gonna be a much more fun game!
