Isn't it interesting how everything she complained to the teacher about came to bite her in the a** in the last season? She said that the owner needed to be present, but Abby was no longer present. She said the teacher needed to give classes in technique, Abby gave up on giving the girls technique training.
She really lost herself.

I've seen a lot of business owners let anxiety get the best of them, it's so important to stay grounded and easy to lose control if not calm. Mediation help a lot, obviously. Books like "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels helped me off and on, gotta stay grounded and keep your cool.

Was really happy for the studio to get a fresh start with its renovations and abby's tips, just to read a few mins later it was shut down 7 years ago and the owner owns money to several employees :/ Triple Threat more like triple debt
