Hard to believe Death Co. Choppers has built over 30 Sportsters over the past two year’s since we last visited him. With The Gasbox Newest Big Twin Frames launching we knew we had to get one in to Dan’s hands and see what he would come up with. Reminiscent to DCC Sportster No.1 Dan “murdered” this one out and took a complete stock 1990 Softail from studs to a magnificent chopper.
In this video you get to hang out with Dan in his garage and check out an in depth walk through of his latest build the DCC BT No.1. Get the details on what’s new about these Big Twin frames, how the are familiar to the Sportster frames and how Lowbrow Customs and Gasbox make it easier than ever to build one of these killer choppers.
Dan’s still selling T-shirts, but his bikes are where it’s at. Let’s go check it out!
Check out all the parts that make up his first build a 1990 Harley-Davidson Evo Big Twin that is heavily featured and talked about in this interview. https://www.lowbrowcustoms.com/collections/death-co-choppers-1990-harley-davidson-evo-big-twin-number-1-parts-list

😂 catalog/TV bike!
I love his sportsters. His style is one of my inspirations. Cool to see a bigger bike by him too.
Oh yeah!
Beautiful bikes!!! How much would it cost to build a Evo chopper?
Dan rules, great bike(s)

Always clean looking bikes: clean and mean.
Fuck yeah 🤘
Bike looks awesome but id have gone with black fork lowers…
More Dan footage please!,
Hard to say tuff guy after saying panache. Little flamboyant 😊
Had the pleasure to meet Dan at one of the first Mama Tried's. Super nice guy and has always had one of my favorite styles with his builds. Great inspiration!!!
