I waa subscribed to DW, I watched Walsh, Whitlock., and one time I watched one of their group chats with all of them sitting together with snacks discussing topics.
It was Matt Walsh, Ben S., Clavin, and Candace. They all took turn speaking except Candace for a while. It was like I felt uncomfortable for Candace, like she didn't speak until she had permission.
It was when one of their first movies came out. I made the comment, "Candace is treated like their tokens black person.

Listen to the rich ppl talking about 300 in 7 eleven. SMH. Idk how that was possible? No one can afford that, not in my area. Rent in my city for a 1 bedroom is 1000, for ppl on a fixed income can’t afford that. Social security pays 900. A grocery bill for just a couple days of food is 200. This sounds good coming from wealthy people. But the typical person cant afford that shit.

regarding housing, you need to put in the factor of BlackRock purchasing massive amounts of detached homes all around the world. I don't see housing prices going down, there might be a small correction but it will rebound very quickly and keep going up. You will own nothing and be happy
