QUESTION: When you are booking a cruise what is most important to you?
A. Ship B. Itinerary C. Cost Or "Other"
I can't believe it! I watched this, then had to go and book the Transpacific out of Seattle. I have got to stop watching cruise videos. lol jk
Love ❤your intro music 🎵
Ship (A)
Itinerary, price, availability of desired cabin are my top 3, in that order.
The most important to me is a relaxing atmosphere.
I don’t want a party ship.
I like classical and orchestral music playing everywhere and a lot of great entertainment. Like a nice production show every night with a secondary minor show afterwards (like a comedian or magician).
A close second is the itinerary.
I think RC was generous with the $50 to be honest.
Thanks. Itinerary is #1 for me.
C. The cost
Value of the experience, Ship and service quality, entertainment and food. I guess other…
Itinerary
A
C-cost. I would say what you get and the quality. Some cruises appear less expensive but when you start to calculate everything you realize it may not be that good of a deal.😊
Some people feel that the Royal Caribbean mistake is no big deal. But some guests cancelled their internet service when they purchased the new package, and Royal isn’t allowing some of them to re-purchase the internet at the original sale price they booked it as.
I purchased the Premier Pass package, but fortunately, didn’t cancel any of my previous purchases. Royal said they would give $50 onboard credit. They gave us $100 onboard credit. Once again, another mistake. By the next day, our onboard credit was changed to $50. For guests that had used the credit already, they are charging them $50 cash.
When a cruise line offers something for sale on our cruise planners, we take them for their word. Some customers even called RC to question the package. They were told by a RC representative that it was legitimate, and the representative sold them the package over the phone. The customers have done nothing wrong in this situation. Royal Caribbean created this whole fiasco.
B then A like the new ships and all they offer!
My wife booked the RCL package on Saturday. I told her it seemed too good to be true, but was excited that it might be real. I'm disappointed, but mistakes happen. I think Royal did fine by us, and people just need to quit trying to take advantage.
For that RC package deal, that ended up being a mistake; I think RC should have honored the deals, then discontinued at that price going forward 🤷🏽♀️ Thanks for sharing cruise news 🛳🛳
Great news Jason. Great survey, as order may chance due to time of yr, sailing dates , room locate. I await results you find
B, then C
Itinerary and cost are most important.
Caribbean – the ship. Other destinations, like the Mediterranean – the itinerary.
B
When I book a cruise I look at 1 cost 2 itinerary and the number of days and want a good ship
Itinerary is definitely most important for me then keeping price in mind.
I just love your simple to the point updates on cruising!! When looking at cruises, I look at the itinerary and when I find one we like then I look at the ship. If it’s an older ship and hasn’t been refurbished recently then that’s a big NO for me. For us it’s about the experience and the destination.
They need to have all inclusive cruises! Offer it, charge for it and people will book it. By far we book for itinerary but try not to cruise the same ship twice 😊
I look for destinations and cost.
Thanks. I wish every channel was like yours. Quick, informative and NO fluff. Love it
C the cost and onboard credit offered
Carnival got robbed out of 8 catagories!! Robbed I say, Robbed!! 😂😂😂
My answer is C. Mainly price is important because you want
1. Save money any way possible and….
2. More BANG for your buck!!!
And for the seaweed…. Hollywood!!! There's the sequel for The Blob 2!!
Intenary, Onboard Entertainment – Namely Shows and Cost.
NCL did more than enough and people are still whining like spoiled brats. Yet these same people are the first to be dismissive of people who get upset when shows, ports, etc. are cancelled or changed.
My priority is usually… when?
Cost and ship
I love how you get right to the stories
What happens when a cruise ship is arrested?
Do they put handcuffs on it?
If it is sent to jail, how many cruise ships are put into a cell?
If you turn all the engines off, does it have the right to remain silent?
I am most worried about the passengers. Is the itinerary now:
Day 1: Rikers Island.
Day 5: Louisiana State Penitentiary
Day 11: Alcatraz
Optional excursions:
– The exercise yard
– Making nets for fishing
– The perfect day in solitary
Hey what is official Royal Caribbean Cool Club referring to? I keep seeing this and know one knows what it means. Good news topic because I see so many people asking about it.

Other my wife and I are in our 70's we look for ships with the fewer small kids. We like to rest not dodge running kids.
B-Itinerary
Itinerary and cost!!
ours is C the cost, next is A the ship and 3rd is B the itinerary but to be honest, to us theyre all just as important as each other
