  1. Ummmm… the real NERD CRUISE is the DICE TOWER CRUISE. 800 board gamers at sea. Over 2000 board games! Including wingspan. You and Jenny B should come join us. jan 18th. Less than 150 days.

  2. Once upon a time I could have gotten you in to the castle. Related to a former chairman and one of the greats of up close slight of hand.

Used to go as a kid and never realized what a special honor it was

If I we were in LA at the same time, I could pull it off, but I don’t see that happening without a wedding or a funeral

I would love to do that cruise

  3. The themed cruises seem to be coming more prevalent. In the NJ area there was a Philadelphia Eagles cruise a while back on one of the rccl ships. I would go if the timing worked out.

  4. I doubt Margarita At Sea will get any teacher takers. Here in Texas at least everyone is back at school and it’s highly unlikely anyone can take them up on the offer the first month back with students!! Now, if they offered it to retired teachers……..❤

  5. Sorry, Magic Castle is not Nerdy. Astronomy, Maths, Sciences is nerdy. Cunards having educational talks that are not selling some product is more nerdy. Magic is simply slight of hand and redirection. Sorry! I'm sure both cruises will still be fun for people though!

  6. The Breakfast Club happened to be on my T.V. the other day and I got so excited……I think I would classify me as a reformed basket case who married a nerd…….And to all the nerds out there who think the jocks get all the women I say " fear not "……My husband was telling me something worldly today and it was such a turn on…….I am sure he could easily sort out The Ukraine/ Russia War because he knows so much about it.

  7. Shore power vs Ship power. Great for Cruise ships, but not always the best for environment. On my nuclear sub in the 79’s at Pearl Harbor, when we docked for a week or more, we connected to shore power (from power plants using fuel oil) and shut down our nuclear power plant ( which produced zero emissions). So, we polluted only when we were in port.

  8. years ago the ship's comedian joked about the passenger who asked how long the cord was which was plugged into the dock when the ship started its Alaska cruise. Of course, no cord, no plug, but now the plug will be there in port. How long until other energy sources power ships?
