I own this game on psp still it's an awesome game so I'm sure it's even better now I'll grab a physical copy soon I just had to much to buy for the holidays to buy something for myself right now .
I played it on PSP, im glad others are getting around to it and I like the changes they made however from what I've seen I'd rather watch the new cutscenes and save my game time and budget for the next ff7.

Can you play this as a stand alone game?
The PSP has a lot of great games, but I still consider this one of the best on the handheld system. I'm so happy they remastered it because it truly is a great game and I'm sure a LOT of people missed out.
If you haven't played it and are into Final Fantasy VII, I highly recommend you check this one out. It's really really good.

Can you play it turn based or is it like ff7 remake?
How could you even enjoy yourself when forcing yourself to play through any game when you've had enough? I know that's not how it works for for me-
Voice acting in this is so trash compared to the original. Crisis Core is one of my all time favorite games. But after I heard the new voice actors no way in hell am I gonna drop $50 on this. I don't even want to think about how badly they butchered the final scene with Zach. I honestly don't know why I was expecting this to be good
Loser that why you get it on switch duh keep it portable like the psp. It was amazing on it so I’m playing it on switch.

Ohhh Johnny. I can't wait for you to release your final review. I can't wait for you to see and feel the whole story of it. For now you talked about the gameplay, and yes you're spot on , its addictive, but man…when the story hits you , its gonna be one of your fav games of all time i can feel it!
I never really played any Final Fantasy in the past even though I'm a JRPG fan just because the franchise was too intimidating for me. But with the FF7 remake, I though I would go for it and this video gave me even more motivation! 🙂
This is actually the game that got me into Final fantasy back when it came out on the psp. I always tried to get people to play it back in the day and I’m so glad it’s remastered for modern consoles so more people can get into it
They couldn't upgrade the cinema graphics? Of course they can. It's been done time and time again..
I was very excited. Played it like a job in high school. BUT the voice acting, the change of voices, and some some changes in actual lines. Zack voice alone makes me wanna quit and I just started.
The ending is an emotional gut punch that really works

I've played the PSP original back in the day and have even beaten this game. I'll get to the remaster soon but not in a hurry for it. I'm going to get it for the Switch.
