  1. The music at the beginning and the scene gave me chills when I first watched it. From time to time I remember the song and just listen to it. Love all the CM reactions your posting 😀

  2. You may have noticed that Spencer’s story kinda ended suddenly. That’s because the actor was uncomfortable with it, and asked the writers to end it asap. So, they did

  3. I think it's a first time Hotchner lost it and it made it so powerful. Like his true nature shines through his suit and tie uniform and we can see how much heart and care he has inside

  4. This episode was a lot in the best way. The up front with the team firefighter that they clear quickly and he works with our guys showing they are good but are also part of a larger team including that cities first responders. The scene with Emily and Hotch in the burn unit with the victim shows Hotch's compassion in a great way while I also notice Emily doesn't talk here but her face says a lot. The tension with the family in the car knowing something is off and then boom. The reveals about the leader and that ending just wow.

  5. I think the reason why the family didn't break the windows to get out is there physical energy is being drained by the heat of the fire ,the fact that most were jolted awake , and probably sweating and exhausted now I bet the unsub probably poured a little more fuel near the windows so it'll be a bigger fire more intense to force the family to that front door

  6. I’m a nurse and can deal with pretty much everything but the burns unit is my scary place. It’s just so tragic and so much pain and scars and long journey to healing if they are lucky. The nurses/doctors/allied health professionals that work these units are incredible.

  7. When I was much younger, my older brother and his friend were in the burn unit of UMass hospital. They were working on a dirt bike and a spark from a cigarette hit a bucket of gasoline. My brother was lucky since he was standing a bit farther away from the bucket. He had mostly second degree burns to his legs, arms, and his lower back. He was in the hospital for several months, had multiple skin grafts, and was eventually able to come home. He still has scars from it. His friend was much less fortunate with mostly third degree burns over a large portion of his body. He was in the hospital for years, lost the fingers on his right hand, one of his legs was amputated, and was left in a wheel chair. He eventually took his own life, my brother never recovered from that. Episodes about people burning always remind me of the first time I walked in to my brother’s hospital room and saw him. Burns like the mother had in this episode are brutal, I think it’s the worst kind of death.
