  1. The death penalty should be more common in 2023! 8 jurors I can see that being a little tricky. Mainly bc if your going to take a life you got to be 100% he's guilty. If you kill 2 kids in cold blood then don't be mad what happens. 🤷 Not saying he did or not.

  2. I also noticed that in her opening statement, the prosecution started off pronouncing Melly's surname as "dem-ons", then switched to "deem-ons" at certain points. I can't help but wonder if she did that deliberately. If she did, I can see why, and that's pretty smart.

  3. What people do t realize is these companies hold all this information on servers, those servers hold on to that information no matter if you delete or the other person deletes it, it still remains on their servers. Most of those servers are backed up and what you deleted was just on your end. It doesn't completely erase it just takes away from your phone or you being able to see it from your device. Just like with a computer you don't really delete anything off your hard drive it's just telling your computer it's ok to over write that data now and there's still pieces left behind from the last data. That's how hard drives end up going bad because the hard drive can only rewrite over data so many times before that area of the hard drive can't be written over anymore. If you really want to ruin your hard drive take a strong ass magnet to it and that's the only way you can completely destroy it cause there's people that have put floppy disk back together with tape and they were readable again. Thats the thing with technology it's a great asset but at the end of the day if you're going to commit any type of crime even the smallest thing you can possibly do avoid talking about it over any type of technology or just at all. When I was growing up we were taught to do shit by yourself cause you won't tell on you and if you do then you're the only one to blame

  5. My only takeaway from the trajectory evidence is that, if it was a drive by then of course the trajectory would change, cause if the shooter(s) are driving by, it’s gonna start behind the vehicle, continue on the side, then they shoot backwards while still driving away, of course the trajectory changes. Or opposite depending on which way they started shooting from

  6. It's kind of refreshing to hear defense attorney basically tell us that the system is rigged against us. You telling us we have to convince all twelve of them that we're not guilty when in fact the f**** law types of bulshit lie to us and tell us that we are innocent until proven guilty or presumed Innocent at least when obviously that's a bulshit lie.

  7. The highest penalty 'The death penalty" for the murder of your 2 friends for personal gain and after their murder you stage a drive by and alleged story! Seems fair to lose your life when guilty of taking another life!
