A crime scene technician took the stand in YNW Melly’s double murder trial Monday and testified about photos showing a location where prosecutors allege the rapper, aka Jamell Demons, killed two of his friends in a deadly shooting. Morgan Currie testified she took photos of numerous bullet casings surrounded by glass. Prosecutors believe Melly and Cortlen Henry, aka YNW Bortlen, killed Anthony Williams, aka YNW Sakchaser, and Christopher Thomas Jr., aka YNW Juvy, then staged a drive-by shooting to cover it up.

(Outside a landfill ) and as the evidence photos show MANY landfill garbage trucks drive that route maybe he was using that for plausible deniability if things went to court. My thing is that can they prove he was DEFINITELY in the vehicle when this whole thing happened? What if he got out to use the bathroom, or smoke or whatever? Cause it doesn’t matter if his phone was there. he could have gotten out to run when the alleged drive by happened. Too many variables.. also there is no murder weapon.. the ballistics are hard to deny tho but like I said to prove everything beyond reasonable doubt is tough to do rn..

i believe melly did not do this, there was no motive, & there was a lot of leads that the detectives did not chase, some of their evidence is fishy. but i do not believe this was a drive by. bortlen was the driver of the car!! he’s the reason they drove to the spot, he had a change of clothes and he had gun powder on his hands. you’re welcome to prove me wrong if you can.
