I dunno, I liked special ammo the way it was. The only guns I felt were a little unfair were Erentil & Mountaintop. Jotunn’s pretty easy to defend against or else everyone would use it. When things go sideways it’s almost always me be sloppy, tired or lazy. if you want true fairness have a crucible mode each week that is a set loadout. I guess the point is I can’t remember losing a Trials match because of a weapon… maybe a few BS kills…but when Inlook up their stats they’re almost always better.
I wouldn’t say special weapons are bad right now, I’d say they’re definitely more balanced since primary gun fights are now more common which was their goal.
