Fellow Patriots & Freedom lovers, I was peacefully exercising my 1st Amendment Rights at the Suffolk County Traffic Violations Agency In Happauge, New York when I was confronted by security who clearly attempted to grab my camera when my back was turned. After that ordeal I spoke to Captain who related to me I was in violation of the Administrative Judge’s order and I will be held in contempt of court. A Suffolk County Sheriff Deputy arrived on the scene shortly after and tried to get me to step outside and obey the sign, when I refused he called a supervisor, it didn’t end the way they thought…Let me know your thoughts in the comments! Firstly, don't even know why you bother telling the police officer what your doing, there's no crime in progress reported so no explanation needed. Should just tell the officer to contact his supervisor and get the education or get the supervisor to come to the scene. Then move on about your business.

They were nasty but never crossed the line simply tried to pushed you towards the policy. Props to the captain for not escalating and letting the law enforcement handle this

I'd like to point out just how broad the "judges order" is… even if there is NO court in session that day, its still prohibited… judges sign orders like this because the average person simply can't afford the thousands of dollars it will take to have an attorney get the judges order thrown out or narrowed down… this is why little ever changes, because people are priced out of the "justice" system… you would think a judge would KNOW how vague his order is makes it unlawful, but they don't care until you can afford to change it… same mentality bad cops exist and thrive under, they know the average person they come into contact with can't afford to hold them accountable so they will get away with things time and time again…

This wouldn't be the first time we have seen unconstitutional policies posted in city halls. Under public pressure a mayor ripped similar signs from a courthouse entryway after getting Seans attention. Hopefully this will be #2.
