Country music has had it’s fair share of talent throughout its years. However, the many artists that we have such talent from in Country music have passed away way too soon. Stars like Hank Williams, Tammy Wynette, Keith Whitley and many more. We honor those lost too soon and remember their legacy in Country music.

First
These Artists were the reason I ever listened to country music. Each and every artist in this group were artists I loved and I do miss them a lot. Country hasn’t been the same since their passing 😢
Missed a man with a short career but still a great talent… Kevin Sharp
Second
Long live real country music
"Remember Jimmie (Rodgers), Hank (Williams), and Johnny (Horton). They were in the summer of life when you called them away, Lord; I don't want to pay that price." -Hank Jr.
Why didn’t you add Kevin Sharp to the list!?!?! He was one of the best singers there was!!!!
As opposed to the ones we lost 2 late?
Love the old country music singer rest high on that mountain 🏔️
John Prine…
Mel Street, Lari White, and Jeff Carson should also be on this list. They also passed away younger than 60.
Thank you for the memories..
my 1st thought was Patsy Cline…she was my only hubby's favorite singer. he loved her until his death.
Woah! There's something not right, with the "thumbnail", because it shows Eddie Montgomery, instead of Troy Gentry.
Keith Whitley's mother spoke to him on the phone the morning right before he passed away. She never mentioned anything about if he'd been drinking or not, and in fact said he sounded just fine and he said he was doing ok. However, that's not saying he didn't decide to tie one on right after that though, but he did have a visitor at his house that morning in which they were scheduled to play golf that day, and even that individual never mentioned Keith being drunk. Something about his death just doesn't seem right to me… I find the entire story smoke and mirrors.
Some of the most amazing country artist that I had the honor of listening to growing up. You can't ever replace icons like these. 💞
Tammy wynette died in 1998
Always legends always remembered
You missed a 1950s and 60s super star Jim Reeves he had 13 number one hits and many top tens and 20s and 30s he also got killed in a plane wreck at the age of 40 in 1964 I don’t know how the hell you missed this one doesn’t seem like you guys try too hard to do research
Daryle Singletary’s last album There’s still a little country left is fantastic. But like all the REAL country artists it never got radio air time. Like John Anderson years, Goldmine albums. Alan Jackson last 2 albums didn’t either. Instead new pop trash music like Smelly roll & Hardy crap get called country & promoted.
Sorry, but Joe Diffie isn't country. Anybody who came along after 1990, is not a true country music artist. A lot of country music fans say today's so-called country is nothing but pop.
Please Note – CORRECTION: Tammy Wynette 05/05/1942 – 04/06/1998 Thank you Tammy for all the music and memories. You will forever be loved. ❤
What about Jim Reeves?
Troy Gentry hit me the hardest of all of these! I still can't believe he is gone! I look forward to meeting him in Heaven!
Where’s WAYLON JENNINGS. ❤️❤️
We Speak Your Name 🕊✊❤️🙏🏻
I am among those who believe Jim Reeves should have been included. He is probably the best singer who has ever graced the genre.
They may have passed too soon but, they always will be remembered.
Jim Reeves also passed away too soon in a plane crash, he was only 40 years old and one of the best singers in Country music. Just thought he should not be forgotten.
Eddie Rabbit needs to be in country music hall a fame
I love the video, but you forgot to mention Jack Anglin, of the duo Johnny and Jack, who died in a car accident on his way to Patsy Cline's funeral.
Thanks you for your info they were the great ones
How about Jimmy Rodgers?
Thanks done in very good taste. Will miss them all.
Jim Reeves. Number one American Country singer in Europe., and big here in US. No research done or you would have him on list.
Keith Whitley had the best voice in country music of all time in my opinion
Thank you for including Dottie West. She's my favorite female country artist of all time. Sadly, she's been overlooked and underrated over the years. She was the first female country artist to win a Grammy for her hit "Here Comes My Baby Back Again", just a year after Patsy Cline's passing. She and Patsy Cline were close friends, and she never really got over Patsy's passing. Recommended songs of hers: Blue As I Want To, We Know Better Now, Jesse, Sometimes When We Touch, Leavin's For Unbelievers, Something's Missin', Hate The Lies (Love The Liar), Blue Fiddle Waltz, and You Pick Me Up And Put Me Down.

what about kt Olson
