Could the US Military Conquer China All on Its Own

If China were to attack Taiwan, the prevailing assumption in the war game simulation is that the US would intervene. Over the past decades, China’s ascendancy has underscored its claim over Taiwan. However, a provocative question arises: Could the US potentially overpower China independently? As global governments increasingly consider war as a means to settle enduring disputes, tensions between the US and China intermittently escalate.

In a hypothetical conflict between the United States and China – who would come out on top?

Watch this video to find out.

  1. Don't forget the bulk of China's industry and people are on its coasts, any assault on those areas would be devastating to China, they have some of the worst roads and trains in the world, making moving units very difficult, only a fraction of the nation can produce food and most of their goods come through their ports. All the U.S needs to do in set up a blockade and most of the nation would literally starve to death in a matter of months because they don't have the infrastructure to compensate transporting all of those necessities by road/train from their western boarder.

  3. US has bases all over the world to launch attacks from. Pipelines are going to be taken out leaving only the sea as a means of transportation, then those channels will be blockaded. The submarine disparity is more detrimental than it sounds in the video. The nuclear subs can run silently and the Chinese can’t. I think experience is going to be the real killer. Sounds bad out loud but the US has fought a lot more and more recently than China. One side has experienced troops and commanders the other doesn’t. With that we also know that the equipment here actually works as intended, in China it’s all theoretical. China also can’t be happy they put so much effort into copying Russian equipment just to see how it actually doesn’t hold up against western tech.

  4. It's a bad premise
Could the US military beat the Chinese military
    Without a doubt
Though the losses would be high and the United States is use to overpowering its opponents, so there would be political backlash
    Could the US conquer China
    No
It just isn't what we do

Beyond the whole thing is moot as the US also does not go to war alone and would have several allies in the region
I doubt that Russia would come to China's aid and North Korea would only increase the chances of all out nuclear war

  5. Russian subs never go anywhere without the US knowing. If China is upgrading to Russian tech then I am not worried. Also, great scaremongering about the nuclear threat… way to blow the levels of effect out of proportion by several orders of magnitude… also the play up of the russian systems proved to be inadequate to NATO military surplus and handouts is real… the more I watch this video the more ridiculous it gets…

  6. The USA with coordination and cooperation of the Vietnamese government couldn’t even control south Vietnam.. Afghanistan, Iraq. Do you people honestly think they can invade and conquer china? Be realistic about it.. with or without nukes it’s literally impossible.

China doesn’t have the infrastructure like we have in North America or Europe. How are you going to move your troops around? The roads and bridges they have aren’t like ours. That’s excluding the fact the climate is completely different..

You have no clue how impossible it would be to make a ground invasion on mainland china under military pressure from the opposition..

This is laughable that western nations are even considering this.

And don’t forget about the massive bear waiting north of china.. if russia and china equal their differences they will control the economic system and standing of the world..

Nuclear or none nuclear, china and Russia are invulnerable.

I don’t care how advanced the is technology is.

They aren’t winning in Ukraine, they lost horribly in Vietnam, Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq.

The USA needs the stop trying to be the worlds police force (which they can’t even do) before they drag the rest of nato into a conflict nato cannot win.

NATO has failed in Ukraine and elsewhere.

China and russia will destroy nato excluding help from India.

  7. "China enforces a most experienced and disciplined military" says it all- they have no experience. Discipline is questionable in their baby boy generation as it is. It's an "image" alright, no doubt about that.

  8. This assumption is really out of touch with reality. Is it a dream? Still thought China was the Qing Dynasty more than a hundred years ago? There are more than 100 million college students in China, and the proportion of masters and doctoral students is increasing year by year. Does China's 30 years of rapid development still make you so ignorant?
