  1. Dude RRR wouldn't even come in top 10 movies from India this year. I have no fucking idea why this is so popular over there. There's literally a huge fucking chunk of waaaaay better movies from India

  2. I still haven't watched avatar 2 and for some reason now people think avatar is amazing too? I didn't dislike it when I saw it and have seen it a couple of times since, but I always thought it was more in the 7, 7.5 range, specially if you're into the genre, otherwise it was fine.
Andor is great, but I wouldn't call it a 10, it's a little overhyped, but it's definitely, by a _kilometer_, better than Obi-Wan. I really hope they don't completely mess up the second season.

  3. Wow I'm shocked at how much I disagree with your opinion on Glass Onion. I think lying to the audience like that through the fourth wall is immature and disheartening. It's the simplest thing to trick an audience by playing on the expectation that the director is telling a competent story. It's literally so basic. It's not like a creative choice it's just insipid. It really ties to the feeling i felt throughout the story that you seem to have felt during the menu, which is that why am i watching a movie about "hating rich ppl" literally made by rich ppl. The second third of the movie is a recap of the first third. Awful movie, and I love the last jedi btw.

  4. yes, RRR is technically impressive, but how do you ignore the nationalist and anti-indigenous themes of the movie? The message is right wing as fuck, and that goes completely undiscussed among viewers.

  5. How is Andor left wing? I very much liked this show and I'm more right-leaning. I didn't notice any blatant real world modern day politics in it. It pulls from all times and history. It can't be put under that agenda imo. And you act like rightwingers embrace imperialism and oppression.
