On the evening of February 12, 2023, Edmond Exline was walking alongside Interstate 81 outside of Martinsburg, West Virginia. A West Virginia State Trooper approached Edmond and immediately pulled his firearm and pointed it at Edmond. He then switched to a taser and pushed Edmond into the highway and chased him against a concrete barrier. The trooper then repeatedly tased Edmond and called for backup. Two additional West Virginia State Troopers arrived on the scene and immediately began to physically attack Edmond.

  3. How every cop here isn't in prison for murder is completely disgusting what fucking cowards but go figure the dumbest people in the country then the state police said they watched the tape and found nothing wrong so that would be a false police report shouldn't all the troopers in this be fired and sued then put in prison for murder this was disgusting everything these cop's said was a lie

  4. I am haunted by that guys last words, the cop said hes trying to grab my gun, and the guy said no I'm not! If you're grappling all over someone like that your gun will probably just end up close to someones hand ….makes you wonder what kind of tomfoolery happened in the 70s, 80s, 90s when there was no cameras running on dark highways in the middle of nowhere

  5. Just make pockets illegal already. Just make so everyone has to turn in their pants and jackets that have pockets and make everyone buy clothes with no pockets. Because we all know officer safety is number one, and there are just too many free citizens walking around putting their hands in these pockets.

  6. Why can there not be an independent police review board for each state that is not connected in any way to the police with a complete transparency policy IE all documents and records must be given on demand within 30 days of request to anyone who wants the information. With transparency it holds everyone to account including those doing the investigation!

  7. The murder of a man for walking down the street & a coverup to follow. Its sickening only in the USA, the police, the prosecutor, & the judge all in on it. If the roles were reversed you'd be handed a life sentence & goodluck fighting it with a public defender in the prosecuters pocket. Sick.

  8. ("it's all right" "it ain't your fault") You only escalated what should have been just a " hey, you doing OK?" into a brutal assault resulting in death. This exchange demonstrates the disgusting mindset that is all to prevalent among Cowards On Patrol (COPs). Nothing is ever their fault, it is always a case of "look what you made me do". Pathetic.

  9. The officers blantly lied about what happened. He should be charged with murder. He caused this mans death. They other 2 officers did not even know what happened and immediately attacked this guy. They are a sorry excuse of a trooper! We need to end qualified immunity NOW.
