Explore underwater, there is some really good armor, and foods, you can make with stuff from the sea! Not sure if you can unlock it yet, but I think you might just have to grind some materials. Enjoying the heck out of these videos!
If you press F with an item and doesnt see what it does, just repeat checking it with F and it will show you. It is just a bug
Very fun! Adventuring in style. Building a camp before you go out exploring. That's my style… slow, steady. I know you normally have to go fast for entertainment purposes though. I'm sure you understand, when we complain you're not continuing a game we like, that's a good thing. Lets you know what people like and it beats a viewer just drifting away.
After you used the canon to gain entry into the next rooms you missed something important in the room with the bed. Look behind the open door to the room. You should be able to snap in a foundation made to use in water on your dock. Try putting a foundation on the center of your dock, I've done it many times and it should work.
Hyde clothes provide Both Sun and rain protection, I tried leaves on Fire island, hyde did me better. You're going to want to learn to spam V, it highlights items and as you level vision, predators

use the afternoon to sleep, read books, crafting, cooking, etc 🙂
20:12 No need to move all those heavy items to your inventory. You can craft from supplies in the container.
In Buffalo region you can get materials to unlock catamaran and two types of clothing that will protect you from heat.
For one of materials you will need to dive in specific areas and without maping it can be very hard plus in some of those places is a shark.
One of those places is near first objective destinatin and can be maped if you know where to descend on a rocks even at low levels – use ink and pen instead charcoal for that.
One thing – on one of island is a book for mining that you should get before getting coper (prabobly red island) reading it will alaw you to work longer before you need to rest or drink compote (if you found recipe for it) or coffee
Did you unlock focus if not you should do that, it will help you find important stuff and on higher levels dangerous animals – some are easy to miss before they start atacking you
I like how this game starts with you fighting a giant squirrel on an empty galleon, in the middle of the ocean. xD
Glad to see this playthrough is still going. This game is way under the radar and better than people are giving it credit for.
Item behind the door in the room with bed on ship
The leather clothes protect against sun, rain, heat and wind. The only thing it won't protect you from is cold. I don't think you can make it before you mine copper , but you can make seaweed clothes which protects you against heat. The cavern was too dark for me. You should use concentration to pinpoint special stuff. You might have no problem seeing the special stuff, but for us viewers it would be helpful, IMHO. You CAN snap foundations on the dock, on the CENTER, not on top of the stairs!

these "survival games" kinda piss me off. who gets "sick" from the sun? I get it if your fair skinned but i am not, i can go butt naked in the sahara get lobster red and be brown the next morning.
i wished they reflect that some have big problems i get it, but ive never walked outside and go its to cold or its to hot. i just cant comprehend how someone walks outside and instantly melts or freezes.
I recommend getting the upgraded cart for copper island. I took too long to get it and it made copper island slow for me. Double weight is great for hauling out the copper and clay. Glad you're continuing the series.

I think a better place to build your little outpost would have been over near that grove of trees and the two big rocks, that's where I built mine and rarely have to worry about the sun under all of those trees! Just saying! Love this game!
Maybe it is smart to make a chemistry table in the new hut. so you can treat it where you need it.

you missed an item in the room underground in santa maria ship. its behind the door you enter
Heat is much different from "Sun" in this game, each weather effect has its own key word and if the clothing does not have the key word it will not protect from it. So Sun protection will not help you with heat
