These are killer cops who are protected. There needs to be extreme vetting in the hiring process and term limits.Also a independent civilian board be a part of the hiring process. No more " My Friend Needs A Job " and that person gets hired also because someone gave the applicant the answers to all the test and also most importantly the Psych evaluation. It could be so much better and far less lives lost if you re vet all officers who have been on the job more than 5 years and that the process be extreme, no favors.
