$195.00 each….Are You Crazy?? I'm a fan and I enjoy your channel but that is just WAY TOO MUCH money for me to be spending on a chicken feeder. I'm glad you like them
Well, THAT was a very well-done review video! You answered all my questions and have me checking my couch cushions (and hubby's unchecked pants pockets bound for the laundry) for extra cash. I only have my 4 sanctioned hens (and their freeloading sister and her totally UNsanctioned, raucus boyfriend) so it may not make it to the top of my "need it now" list, but you totally earned your tip! Keep making the great videos! 🙂
Great video! I’m thinking of getting these but wondering if there’s any way to heat the water in the winter?
Can't swing the $225, I have to build the 5 gal bucket diy no spill feeder and waterers.
What about other types of food not just pellets? I make my chickens food, so there are alot of grains, legumes, etc. Will it not spill also?
Good review of products.
I finally found the right feeder and waterer. Thanks man!!
I hang my waterer on a shepherd's hook outside of the chicken tractor. The water hose is a short distance from the waterer so I refill it every morning before I go to work. If they spill water on the ground it doesn't cause any problem because they are in a large clover patch and will be moved to a new area surrounded by my portable chicken fence when they eat enough clover. I am going to design and build a cover for the feeder that is water proof so I can leave it out also. Right now I stick it under the chicken tractor when I know that it may rain.
