  1. So inspiring πŸ™‚ Lots of hard work, but worth it!
Are you familiar with the mayo recipe where you put 2 whole eggs in a quart mason jar, add 2 TBL's white vinegar, 1 teas. salt and 2 cups oil? I use a blend of about 3/4 cup olive oil and 1 1/4 cup organic sunflower oil (so the olive oil isn't overwhelming) use an emersion blender to pulse, until thick and emulsified. You can cut the recipe in half and make it in a pint jar. When I found this recipe years ago, I was on cloud nine. Love it! God bless !

  2. Girl, your amazing πŸ‘. Getting all that done in one day. Wow!! Becky, I have to ask……What brand and model is your dishwasher. I've been desperate to find one like it that does the silverware and serving utensils onto tray like you have instead of the baskets that ours have. Appreciate the information. Thank you.

  3. When using fresh milled flour you have to let it sit for about 15 minutes for the flour to absorb the liquid then adding more flour will make them moister. Put the tortillas in the microwave for a couple of minutes covered with a wet paper towels, that will soften them.

  4. Do you ever cook with lamb? I always allow myself plenty of time to sit and watch your wonderful videos uninterrupted and every time your eyes widen I smile. We have had a pretty awful 2024 I fell down a flight of stairs and broke a bone in my neck and spent 3 weeks in hospital with an aspen collar went home fell over 4 times and broke my hip but didn’t know and hobbled around home for over a week till I finally called an ambulance and another 4 weeks in hospital after a hip replacement came home after lots of physio and was feeling pretty good and then my husband was diagnosed with colon cancer, so an operation for him and 4 weeks in hospital with 9 days in intensive care but the outlook for him looks pretty good, we have been married 55 years and I am not ready to lose him yet. Anyway after all that you got me through a pretty tough year when I was down I binge watched your videos watching some 2 or 3 times so thank you Becky love from Australia xx

  5. Whenever I'm doing the meal-prep breakfasts, I cook the eggs in the oven on a sheet pan. I don't bother cutting in circles either. I do breakfast sandwiches, or "pockets" with crescent roll dough. Or sometimes, breakfast pizza!

  6. I agree about steaming the tortillas… however, what could also work is to sacrifice a few tortillas to cut into fat strips to lay across the ends of the filling, fold them up around the filling, then roll up the burritos without tucking in the ends. This will keep the filling inside.
Interestingly, where I come from in southern New Mexico, we make our burritos rather wet with chili gravy, and never tuck them in. We eat them with a fork!

  7. Hello Becky, l have a tip for you; if you sprinkle some flour on your blue berries, your blueberries won't sit down the bottom of your muffins . They will be more through your muffins. I hope you try this. Love your video.

  8. Have you ever been to the bakery in Creswell, for breakfast? Their breakfast sandwiches are the best I've ever tried. We stop in there every time we are in town!

Unrelated to the bakery: I always love to use a grilled (or roasted) mild green chile (anaheim or poblano), layered with sharp cheddar and eggs. It's hard to beat any dish made with eggs, chilies, and cheese!

For fun, try queso fresco in place of the cheddar. If you have any chilies left over, they make a great snack when wrapped around a chunk of queso fresco.

  9. Just an idea aboutbthe individual wrapping could you not flash freeze them first then pop them in a ziploc bag together that way they wouldnt stickbtogether and you can still take out individual wraps the night before??

  10. Love your videos Becky! I love scrambled eggs in my McGriddle thingy. If you made the sheet pan eggs and still wanted them round, you could cut up the little extra bits and add to the sausage and cheese in the McGriddle or make an egg and cheese one.

  11. I would love to see you make a homemade version of the Pillsbury everything bagel biscuit bomb breakfast sandwich. You guys will love it but it would be more economical with homemade flaky rolls I think.

  12. Becky you are so fun to watch. I made the blueberry muffins today. I coated the fresh blueberries in flour and a little cinnamon. The flour keeps the berries from sinking in the dough. Terrific recipe, you inspire me to be a.better cook. Saving up for a.flour mill.

  13. Wow I just found your channel from a jam video. Thank you for posting this! As a mom of four, I often find myself caving to convenience foods after a long day. I started the year dedicating myself to homemade bread products only, and freezer prep is my next challenge! This is so inspiring.
