Mark Bryant is a distinguished Exercise Therapist, certified by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and a board-certified Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). With over a decade dedicated to the study of biomechanics, anatomy, and physiology, Mark’s expertise is profound. He boasts 25 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and 15 years as a Certified Senior Fitness Specialist. His commitment to the field of fitness is evident through his relentless pursuit of continuing education, attending seminars, and the practical application of his extensive skills, honed through consistent client interaction.

Mark’s personal journey is equally impressive. Despite being legally blind and undergoing a total hip replacement, he has not let these challenges deter his commitment to fitness. At 65 years of age, Mark’s dedication has been recognized both nationally and internationally. He is a 20-time AAU Powerlifting World Champion, holding world and American records in the squat, bench press, and deadlift events. His achievements have led to his induction into the AAU Washington State Strength Sports Hall of Fame in 2016 and the Washington State Strength and Power Hall of Fame in 2019. Mark continues to be a source of inspiration and knowledge, sharing his expertise in powerlifting with aspiring athletes.
