Dreamlight Valley has proven to be an amazing game thus far. I've recently been spending time leveling up some characters and selling stuff to Goofy for coins, so I can buy things from Scrooge's shop and improve other parts of the Valley. I've even been re-arranging some parts of the Valley, like my own neighborhood block on Dazzle Beach (which so far is my favorite biome).
I'm getting even more eager to continue the main storyline. And, of course, Scar is prowling on his way to the Valley.

Does improved photo mode mean being able to flip the camera around? Because that’s been a major criticism for me

I've been playing this too much.
My ONLY gripe with this game so far is that you can't actually complete the Star Pass WITHOUT spending more moonstones for Star Balls.
I really hope that was just an error they forgot 'cuz it seems kind of scummy.

hope not just Scar (when they first had his scene in the movies, I was like 'oh he's evil'), i hope i get to see Simba (gets advice from his dead dad Mufasa), Timon, Pumbaa, Rafiki, Zazu, Nala (Simba's wife), their kids Kiara and Kion
So far the game is pretty good but I do feel like there's a bit of false advertising – if the characters on the cover and ads aren't here yet maybe they shouldn't show them.
Will will secretly nerf pumpkin farming. Watch them!

3 weeks for a patch is worrying given there's constant reports of crashes on switch making it semi unplayable. I get its early access but from my interactions the team seem to have no idea what actually doing with PR. Just saying thanks for patience knowing makes harder for criticism to be an issue. I mean they literally said to me accessibility issues can wait because may impact gameplay. That's beyond a joke as things that help disabled games like font sizes, UI changes etc don't have any impact on gameplay and could be done in a few days by any other team I have engaged with the support of.
They Should add Peter Pan Wendy and Captain Hook
I'm guessing Peter Pan will come based on Skull Rock on Dazzle Beach. Maybe the evil Queen from Snow White based on the pumpkin house in The Forgotten Land. There's also a waterfall in the Sunlit plateau that looks like it has a door to somewhere, maybe Tarzan.
This game will absolutely be phenomenal if they keep this level of communication and content up.
Honestly I am okay with content delay.. just upload the bug fixes patch first!

I know about that items stuck in the store’s counter thing. On the Remembering quest one of the memories I needed to collect got stuck in it.
I just hope they make it so that quests recognize items in your inventory. I'm a victim of the infamous mistake of making the clock tower before talking to Minnie about it. So much iron….so much clay….so much hardwood…
