  12. NE4LYFE!!! I grew up in the era that they began in. OMG, i can't choose a favorite song from them bcuz I love them ALL. Even their solo albums were 🔥. So proud of them and super happy for them. 40+ years of NE and counting and I'm still here. No matter what happens in the future, their legacy will continue for many generations and centuries.

  39. New Edition members will be quick to tell you that they were influenced by the Temptations and J5, but NE is also a blueprint for the boy bands that followed them. New Kids, Nsync, Backstreet B were all influenced by them. Boyz II Men got their name from an NE song. These guys are still together after 40 years. They deserve all the flowers. I'm happy that all 7(including Stro) are still around to receive them. Congrats NE. 👏 👏
