We are using aerobic composting in this composter. Aerobic composting need 04 Elements to make compost.
1. Green Waste aka Kitchen waste- Rich in Nitrogen
2. Brown Waste – Rich in Carbon
3. Water – Which we get usually with in Green Waste
4. Air – Mixing of pile twice a week improves the air circulation.
Keep wetness maintain – will help u to convert your kitchen waste to nutrient rich Organic compost at home.
Standard composting process takes 30-45 days, sometimes lesser.
Every 1 Kg of Food waste – which is used for composting is no more going to Landfill is also reducing 2.5Kg approx Green House Gas.
Composting is easy and solution for common man to participate in Climate action.
