  1. Iirc to summon Yura for Agheel you first have to get killed by the dragon, then go back to Yura to exhaust some 'i told you so' dialog, and then his sign appears near the Agheel lake stake of marika. A lot of hassle to get a not-very-helpful summon to fight an already not that hard world boss, but the dialog you get from Yura after beating the dragon together is pretty good, adding some extra characterization for both Yura and Eleonora.

  2. "Summoning is cool and it makes you bond with the characters more" – I really do feel this. I always summon npcs where possible in souls games. It's fun, it adds character to the world, and then adds a little bit of extra context when you find their dead bodies or have to fight them later.

  3. Pro tip to the hudless gamers if you hold down on the D-pad (or the equivalent on PC) it will switch to the item you have first in order allowing you to keep your place. (If Phil said this I have not gotten that far yet so don't bully me)

  4. For Corhyn’s Quest, It’s completely possible to get 37 INT to use Law of Regression without levelling INT. Using Stargazer Heirloom+5INT, Marika’s scar Seal+3INT, Twinsage Glint Crown+6INT, Grafted Blade Great Sword+5INT, Intelligence-knot Crystal Tear+10INT and Godrick’s Great Rune +5INT with a Rune Arc.
    (Hero-INT7)+5+3+6+5+10+5=[41INT] 🤓🧐🧠

  5. "When a milf calls him a good boy". My god, I never thought of it that way, obvious that it was. Obviously I would be convinced to forsake everything and join any cause if a milf called me a good boy, Diallos really is the most relatable character in the series. And I thought I liked him already because I too am a complete failure in what I set out to do.

  6. 1:08:50 I don't know why an adult needs to hear this, but people that disagree with you aren't evil. If you try to think why people that disagree with you think how they think and you conclude it sounds evil, it isn't probably the real reason. Remember, thinking that people that disagree with you are evil is the shortest way to become evil.

  7. I was genuinely annoyed on my first playthrough when frenzy yura tells me "you can save Melina if you go get the frenzy and burn that shit yourself" and then I looked and realized there was then an item you could use to immediately cure the frenzy – So I thought "cool, I can save her and cure myself and she'll be all grateful and shit" and then she just goes "NYEH. I HATE YOU." and fucks off, when I literally go from getting the frenzy to burning the tree and cleansing myself immediately after in like FIVE DAMN MINUTES WOMAN HOW IMPATIENT ARE YOU.

  8. Feeling bad for fighting Tragoth is canon. If you look at his armor description it talks about how he's always helping everyone with tough battles and he's everyone's friend and… and… DAMN YOU PATCHES😭😭😭

  9. I will echo the sentiment that the game feels much less fleshed out near the end. In the beginning you can't take two steps without finding an item or a dungeon or an NPC or some secret lore. At the end your stonesword key unlocks… An Elevator! 😐
It just kinda feels like the game goes from "explore this deep immersive world" to "walk down this hallway and hit that guy."
It doesn't really take that much away from the game for me. By that point I'm more focused on the challenge of difficult fights anyways. It just stands out more when someone points it out. 🤷
