  8. This guide is actually similar to mine. That aforementioned build can make him a DPS or Sub-DPS. Overall, he's worth pulling especially when you need Anemo DPS if you don't have one and he can be paired either Klee or Kazuha.

    This video is really helpful especially for those who can't decide whether to pull him or not so thank you Godric for uploading this💙✊.

  10. Yes! I pulled for heizou having at c3, he's the only a anemo DPS type and the build that I want to use for him is 2pc VV and 2pc gladiator/shimenawa for better damage output.
