You forgot Godzilla Awakening. Yes it's Canon Legendary has said it was multiple times, and even the Novels. Everything has to go through Toho/Legendary for approval so it's official. Yes there's inconsistently but you gotta take the events as Canon.
Or else Aftershock is also not Canon because the show itself contradicts those events as well
