I have been a resident in brampton for 30 years and have never seen such blatant disregard for driving laws. Speeding, racing, parking lot burnouts, running red lights, passing in median lanes and bus lanes, they have no respect for others safety and you want to feel sorry for these idiots. What if someone was walking that sidewalk? Highest insurance rates in Canada! Speed limits are being ignored, wake up! We need enforcement, more police presence and way stiffer penalties would be a good start.
