My mom has always been Uber Mom, from middle and high school parties up until now. No matter where we were or how many friends needed a safe ride home she always made sure we gotten home safely. I feel saddened for this mom, I believe she would have gotten her daughter home safely too. Wear your seatbelts everyone!
The Liquor took control
In this day and age where nearly every young person in the US has access to a Smartphone where they could send a simple text in literally 5 seconds to their Mom or Dad, another family member (if they have one who lives near them), or a responsible friend who would pick u up so that neither you or your friend need to get behind the wheel of any vehicle. Totally tragic, especially because of how preventable it was, had she simply texted her Mom and asked Mom to come pick her up.
I’m so so sorry. I know from personal experience the loss of your child is the worst pain I’ve ever experienced. My life is never gonna be the same again . And when it’s something so tragic it’s more traumatic for us parents. My daughter was murdered over a yr ago. Trying to help her ex . Trying to save him she lost her life. My grandchildren have suffered so bad as our whole family. I pray God can give your heart some peace and give you and your family the strength to make it thru this. Again my heart goes out to you .
I don’t always drink alcohol but when I do, I make sure it’s in the evening after I did all my errands and have nowhere else to go.

stopped drinking about 7 years ago and I have always been so thankful for God delivering me and protecting me along with others all the years that i did. I watch cars very carefully while driving now, especially on weekends and on holidays.

My mother slipped in the bathroom broke her neck, drunk person didn't have anything to do with her being where she was. But gets the full blame, fate will take us all.
Mom always told me if you gonna drink, i will take you and pick u up or you can uber there and ill pick u up or vice versa and drink responsibly.
