This is my observation but if you want to take a lot of loot with you when you leave, It might be worth it to max out on characters because it looks like you get a carrying capacity of 25 per character.
Have you tried X Invaders? It’s a kinda bullet haven/wave survival with some unique elements. I’ve really been enjoying it so far..

I am enjoying this game, but the meta upgrades are so worthless
a bullet heaven digimon would be pretty awesome, we need another digimon game for sure, i enjoyed Cybersleuth, and Next order, and i remember enjoying Dawn/Dusk alot
Sad that by the time this video came out the Demo was gone… So cant play around with it to see if I want to pay for it to play fully. Had not even seen this game before the video so was not even on my radar. Is what it is I guess.
This actually looks quite fun. Not many reviews on Steam yet, and the only bad ones are people who've barely played it. More inclined to believe a good review from someone that's played 48 hours of it. Love these bullet hell games, been aiming to get at least 30 on my deck, might have to add this one to that list.

Taking away the meta currency is just so dumb especially when the upgrades are so miniscule. Grind,Grind, Grind, WTF are they thinking?
